She completed her studies at the University of Florence and at La Sapienza University of Rome. She was a Visiting Fellow at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität in Würzburg (DE) and Visiting Professor at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (EL). She serves on the scientific committees of the series “Europe in between” (FUP) and the CESECOM (Centre for Central, Balkan and Eastern European Studies). She has participated in various national and international research groups and has presented at numerous conferences in Italy and abroad. Her main research interests lie in the scriptural culture of the East Slavic Middle Ages, the lexicon of culture and, above all, the figure, literary heritage, and cultural legacy of Maximus the Greek. She has authored around seventy essays, published in scholarly journals and volumes, and two monographs and is editor of around ten volumes and journal sections. Marco BiasioResearch Fellow Read the full profileX Marco Biasio holds a PhD in Slavic Linguistics from the University of Padua (Italy) and the University of Novi Sad (Serbia). Since 2018, he has presented his work at more than fifty scientific conferences in Italy and abroad, and has authored more than thirty contributions, including journal articles, volume and proceedings articles, and encyclopaedia entries. His current research interests include Slavic morphosyntax, formal semantics, pragmatics, the history of linguistics, the philosophy of language, and the literary heritage of Maximus the Greek. He has been an external collaborator of the research groups Slavicus since 2022 and PaVeDa – Pavia Verbs Database since 2023. He is currently a member of the editorial board of the Italian journal “Ricerche Slavistiche”. He worked as a translator, interpreter, and subtitler. He was awarded an Overseas Scholarship at the Astrakhan State University (Russian Federation) and an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship at the Azerbaijan University of Languages of Baku (Azerbaijan). She is co-editor of some scientific papers about the XML-TEI encoding activities of historical postcards and semantic analysis of terms in medieval Latin for AIUCD – Italian Association of Digital Humanities conferences. She collaborated in the ERC-Ars Nova project “European Ars Nova: Multilingual Poetry and Polyphonic Song in the Late Middle Ages” for the XML-TEI marking activity of the critical editions of the 14th century poetic texts in Italian, French and Latin. She was a Visiting Researcher in Saint Petersburg and Visiting Professor in Szeged (Hungary). She serves on the scientific committees of the series “Europe in between” (FUP) and “Testi&Traduzioni” (Universitalia). She is a member of the CESECOM (Centre for Central, Balkan and Eastern European Studies). She has taken part in various national and international research groups and has presented at conferences in Italy and abroad. Her main research interests lie in the writing production of the East Slavic Middle Ages, the intellectual lexicon of Russian language, and issues concerning the teaching of Russian language and culture within the Italian university context. Natalia GusevaResearch Fellow Read the full profileX Natalia Guseva, PhD in Philology, completed her studies at the Kazan State Pedagogical Institute (Russian Federation) and received her doctorate from Saint-Petersburg State University (Russian Federation). She was an Adjunct Professor of Russian Language and Translation at the University of Chieti-Pescara (Italy) and at the University of Macerata (Italy). Her main research interests focus primarily on Translation Studies, Intercultural Communication, Corpus Linguistics and Contrastive Pragmatics. She has presented her work at conferences in Italy and abroad. She has published several essays in peer-reviewed journals and volumes in Russia and Italy and one co-authored textbook. He completed his studies at the University of Bologna and at La Sapienza University of Rome. Member of the editorial board of the journal “Studi Slavistici” since 2004, he serves on the scientific committees of the series “Europe in between” (FUP) and the CESECOM (Centre for Central, Balkan and Eastern European Studies). He has presented at numerous conferences in Italy and abroad. His main research interests lie in the textual criticism of the Slavic Scriptures, with particular reference to the text of the Gospels.
